Rates

Our reservation office is open 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. seven days a week.

Our rates include lodging in a luxury cabin or yurt, homemade muffins & juice delivered to your cabin each morning, and use of all facilities and grounds during your stay. Rates below are per night, subject to 6% state tax and 8% county tax. Two night stays are required on Friday and Saturday nights and throughout peak season periods. Some holiday weekends require a three night stay. Occasionally one night weekend stays are available. Some cabins are pet-friendly, and some will accommodate additional guests with prior arrangement. Reservations are not secure without a deposit. Forest Queen Cabins

Yurts

What should you bring with you?

A good book and some hiking shoes! We tend to average 10 to 15 degrees cooler than surrounding metropolitan areas, so bringing extra layers is always wise, no matter the time of year.

Included amenities

Bed linens and bath towels, toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, lotion, shower gel, hand soap), hairdryer, iron and ironing board, two robes, breakfast bar with coffee, tea, mugs, wine glasses and wine key, mini fridge. Wifi is available in guest accommodations and the main Lodge. Microwave station is provided at the main Lodge for your convenience. Muffins and juice are delivered to your front step each morning, additional selections available for a fee. Seasonal amenities include gas fireplace for ambiance; unit heat is available year-round. Lodge bonfires are lit most evenings, weather permitting. Please note all rooms are non-smoking including vaping, and private fires and grills are not permitted inside or outside, including candles. Modifications may be made to these amenities in order to help prevent the spread of coronavirus.

Reserving

A reservation is secure with a credit-card deposit equivalent to one night lodging, prior to taxes and fees. Please review our cancellation policy. We accept reservations no more than one year in advance up to same-day, pending availability.

Two night stays are required on Fridays and Saturdays, although occasionally one night stays are available. Two night minimum applies to all days of the week during peak season, some holiday periods may require a three-night stay.

Holidays
A three-night minimum stay may be required for the following holidays: Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans’ Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Eve.

Military Discount
We are proud to offer our servicemen and women a 10% discount on accommodations for non-holiday Sunday through Thursday nights. Available to active-duty, reserve, veteran, and retired military members, must show valid ID or proof of service at check-in. Reserve

Group Rates

Cancellation Policy
A deposit equivalent to one-night's stay (before tax) is required to make a reservation. Due to our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. However, we try to be as flexible as possible when cancelling or rescheduling your plans.

• More than 14 days in advance: We are happy to apply your deposit to a future stay within 90 days of your originally intended arrival date, or you may choose to receive a 90% refund.

• Less than 14 days in advance: The deposit is non-refundable.

• Within 72-hours of arrival: Cancellations or requests to shorten your stay within 72-hours of your originally intended arrival are not accepted, and subject to the remaining balance charged to the credit card on file. We will attempt to cancel any packages or pre-ordered services, though some may be non-refundable.

• No-shows or early departures: Should you check in but depart earlier than your originally confirmed check-out date, or not arrive for your reservation at all, you will be responsible for all nights originally reserved. We will attempt to cancel any packages or pre-ordered services, though some may be non-refundable.

Rescheduled stays may be subject to different rates or nightly minimum requirements. Please contact us directly with questions regarding reservation cancellations and changes.

*A Note for Guests with Children: While the Savage River Lodge welcomes guests traveling with young children, please know that we are an adult-centered resort and do not offer children’s programs or child sitting services. We ask that guests with young children remain responsible for them at all times, respecting the tranquility and ambiance that makes the Savage River Lodge a unique mountain resort destination for all our guests. We appreciate your understanding.
